On April 28, 2025, Ratchaburi-EEP Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (R-EEP) convened the 1st/2025 meeting of the Monitoring Committee for Operations, Community, and Environmental Development of the Waste-to-Energy Power Plant. The meeting was honorably chaired by Mr. Chalerm Prasatong, Samut Prakan Local Government Official.
This regular meeting aims to ensure that the plant’s operations strictly align with the Code of Practice (COP) submitted to the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), with a primary focus on safety standards and safeguarding the environmental quality of the surrounding communities.
The monitoring committee comprises representatives from 4 key sectors:
- Government Sector
- Academic Sector
- Local Community
- Private Sector (R-EEP)
Together, the committee is tasked with monitoring and auditing the company’s operations to ensure full compliance with established standards, as well as driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in accordance with the company’s roadmap for sustainable community growth.
