Thursday, June 26, 2026. Eastern Energy Plus Co., Ltd. (EEP) continues to drive its corporate social and environmental responsibility initiatives by dispatching a team of expert speakers to host an educational activity on “Proper Waste Segregation.” The event was held at the Bang Sao Thong Child Development Center, Samut Prakan, with over 240 participants including children, teachers, and educational staff.

Recognizing that “youth” are the vital foundation for building sustainable environmental habits, EEP designed this initiative to inspire children to become an active part of waste management in their daily lives. The program combined both theoretical learning and hands-on practices, featuring:
- The 3Rs Principle: Promoting Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle to minimize waste at its source.
- The 4-Color Trash Can Standard: Educating participants on how to correctly dispose of different types of waste for safe and efficient management.
- Hands-on Activity Stations (Active Learning): Allowing students to practice sorting waste in real-time, while introducing creative ideas to add value to waste materials and repurpose them effectively.
“Instilling waste sorting discipline at an early age empowers children to become driving forces for the environment in the future. EEP is committed to supporting and sharing this knowledge with local communities and youth to foster a sustainable, zero-waste society together.”
EEP would like to express its sincere gratitude to the Bang Sao Thong Child Development Center, the teaching staff, and all the children for their warm welcome and enthusiastic participation. The company remains dedicated to continuously pursuing social and environmental initiatives for a better tomorrow.
