On July 3, 2026, Ratchaburi – EEP Renewable Energy Company Limited (R-EEP) organized a collaborative tree planting activity, planting 50 trees along the power plant’s perimeter to create a beautiful and functional “natural fence.”
For this initiative, R-EEP selected “Asoka Trees” (Polyalthia longifolia), a medium-to-large evergreen tree known for its elegant, pyramid-like shape and dense, large leaves. Beyond enhancing the landscape and expanding the green space within the plant, this natural barrier serves as an eco-friendly wall that helps filter dust, reduce noise echoing, and safeguard the surrounding environment.
At R-EEP, our commitment goes beyond generating clean energy; we are deeply dedicated to growing sustainably alongside the community. Today’s tree planting activity reflects our heartfelt intention to contribute to cleaner air and foster a harmonious, eco-friendly relationship with our neighboring residents.
